A gondola station is located adjacent to the hotel. There were a grocery/convenience store and stores around the property. This hotel is a lovely place for a city break in Hakuba.

nice place to stay in hakuba, nothing bothered me. roots cafe, where you can eat, is walking distance to the hotel.
